The initial commitment is three months, after which you may cancel. If you cancel earlier, the remaining subscription fees through the end of the three-month term are due. You receive an export of all your data after cancellation; for early cancellation, we provide it after those remaining fees are paid.
What happens to my website and content if I cancel?↓
You receive an export of all your data after cancellation. If you cancel before the initial three months end, the remaining subscription fees are due first. That payment covers only the remaining subscription period; ownership or transfer of website source code must be agreed separately in writing.
Will you replace my current website straight away?↓
No. Your existing website stays online while we prepare the replacement. We publish only after you approve it.
