These terms cover the Accountant Website Plan provided to business clients.
Scope
We build, host, and maintain the website described in your plan. Content and approvals are provided by you.
Pricing & payment
Fees are billed in advance. Minimum term applies as stated on the pricing section.
Changes & extra work
Edits included in your plan are handled within the agreed limits. Anything outside scope is quoted separately.
Cancellation
The initial commitment is three months. You may cancel after that period. If you cancel earlier, the remaining subscription fees through the end of the initial three months are due as an early-cancellation buyout. After cancellation, you receive an export of all your data; if you cancel early, we provide the export after the remaining fees are paid.
Website ownership and transfer
The early-cancellation buyout covers only the remaining subscription fees; it does not buy or transfer ownership of the website source code. These terms do not specify ownership or transfer of that code, so agree those rights separately in writing.
